For transfers to the airport, your driver will collect you from your chosen pick-up location, as close to your door as possible. They’ll call to confirm their arrival before coming to assist you with your luggage.
For airport arrivals, your chauffeur will meet you in the arrivals hall holding a tablet displaying your name and a drink of your choosing, a small touch that makes a real difference after a long flight.
At select airports, we may also be able to escort you directly from the aircraft to your vehicle. Contact our team to find out what’s available at your departure point.

Can I request a specific terminal or meeting point?
Yes. When booking, simply let us know your terminal and any preferred meet point, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
For airports with multiple terminals, such as Heathrow, we strongly recommend providing your terminal details at the time of booking to ensure your chauffeur is waiting in exactly the right place.

Before your journey, you’ll receive your driver’s direct contact number so you can reach them instantly. Alternatively, our customer service team is on hand to connect you with your driver as quickly as possible.

How long will my driver wait?
We track all flights in real time, so any delays are automatically factored into your pick-up time.
For transfers to the airport, we allow a 15-minute grace period at your pick-up location. For return journeys, we allow 60 minutes from the moment your flight lands, giving you plenty of time to collect luggage and clear customs.
