Whilst primarily for transporting your luggage, our vans can be utilised to fulfil any consignment you have, solving your excess baggage issues when travelling. Belgraves of London provides luggage vans for rent in London to solve all of your luggage issues when travelling. We operate VW Crafter vehicles, an MWB high top, an LWB high top and the larger Luton box van which comes with a tail lift. We can provide you with up to 3 handlers per vehicle depending on your requirement.

How much can the luggage van fit?
The VW Crafter MWB can fit 35 pieces of luggage, the LWB 45 pieces and 55 pieces for the Luton Box Van. Please note, this is dependent on weight and size.

Do you charge per item or another form?
We do not charge by the amount of luggage. Instead, we will quote you for an hourly or day rate, which includes the vehicle and handling fees.

Will my luggage be mixed with someone else's?
No. When you hire our professional luggage vans, the only luggage in them will be yours. You do not need to fill the entire space with bags, boxes and suitcases to hire these vehicles.

When will I get my luggage?
We will pick up and deliver your luggage within the same day and as per any instructions you give us.

Is there a restriction on what items I can put in the van?
Yes, we cannot transport animals, hazardous materials or weaponry/firearms in our vehicles. Please be aware that we will handle your goods with the utmost care, but cannot be held responsible for damage or theft.
